Refund of booked ticket

I have booked two ticked for the train HUSSAIN SAGAR EXP- Train no 2702, from BAGAMPET to DADAR, the date of journey was 02-04, CLASS-2A. PNR no 1345001816. At the time of booking ticket status was waiting list; on the date of journey ticket one of the ticket was confirmed to RAC, and another was WATING LIST 1, so i have not boarded in the train.

When i had made a call to customer care centre of IRCTC for the refund of money, i got the answer that "once you put an email to care@irctc.co.in your money will be refund within two days. so i had put an email but till money was not refunded to my account. Again several times i made call to customer care centre, i got reply that there is time limit for refund of money.
