I HAVE BOOKED railway TICKET online through the website IRCTC on 03/02. The price of ticket was Rs. 569/-.
The amount is debited 3 times from my bank account and only credited once instead of 2 times. I have contacted customer cell and complaints and i have mailed the scancopy of my pass book with the payment detail at [email protected] but only complaint number is given and yet solved my problem as 5 months are gone.
The complaint no. is IRCTC #1141377
Please do needful as I m in trouble since last 5 months.
