Overcharging

In the train on Delhi Patna Route, in the Garibrath train, the vendors are overcharging. On 4th Sept. they charged Rs 15/- for TWO BOILED EGGS, which is definitely on very high side. No rate lists are carried by the vendors, which are in uniforms and are employees of catering contractors.
