We had booked tkts through Mahadev Travels – Agent – Chandu yadav email id: [email protected]

For PATNA – MUMBAI vide train 0170/ASN CSTM SPECIAL Dt of journey : 1.06.10.

PNR No. 6342341305.

The train had been cancelled and we were informed that refund would be given to us within 90 days from the date of cancellation of the ticket. Till now we have not received the refund.

Kindly let us know the status and refund us the amount at the earliest and oblige..

I had cancelled E Ticket 5 months earlier i was told i would get refund within 90 days or more. but till date nothing has been done, i have sent atleast 5 mails to the irctc.

Where should i send the letter for information
