We have booked four tickets for Delhi- Mumbai in " August Kranti Rajdhani Express".
The PNR # 2312452603 for the travel date of 3rd December.
Unfortunaetly, only one ticket got confirmed and being one family no one traveled by this ticket.
We have filed the TDR online on 3rd of December itself but NOT RECEIVED the refund amount event after one Month.
Please help us to whom we should contact to get the refund.
