Efund of excess amount

I have booked the following tickets by IRCTC for my wife

RITA SINHA age 58 yrs. as per details given below

As per new rule she is intitiled for senior Citizon benifits

but there is no provision in IRCTC menu. I want to know the

reason. If there is any technical problem differance of amount

to be refunded.
