Respected Sir/Madam,
I was travelling in Garibrath Expfrom Anand Vihar Terminal To Varansi on 08Apr'11, at around 1845 hrs i saw other passengers carrying bedrolls, on enquiry from one of them i came to know that bedrolls are being distributed and passengers are required to collect it... and i went to collect the bedrolls... there railway staff (who were distributing) told me that there were no blankets left and gave me two bedsheets on demand. then i came back.after sometime i went to collect my meals, the so called "meals distribution centre"(Corridore) was located 12 comparments away from my compartment... when i reached there... i was all finished!!! i was so shocked. When TTE came to check tickets, i asked him to give me the complaint book he said, he doesn't have that... coz i has gone for publishing... then he said that complaint regarding pantry can be done in log book held by the pantry car's manager, i asked (TTE) him to give manager, a call... he did that and manager came to at aroun 2230 and when i asked him to give me the log book he refused and said he doesn't have any book!!!
Sir/Madam... this can happen to anyone, once we are ready to pay, at the same time we expect the availability of necessary commodities.and for the entire night i was i deep freezer with two bdsheets!!!
Further you are requested to do the needful to avoid such pathetic situations experienced by us!!!
