TDR Refund not received

I have filed TDR request on 04/01 for travel ticket for 03/01 from Delhi to

Allahabad (Train No. 12312), Ref No. ekt2011014001970073, PNR No. 2543813043. More than 5 months passed, inspite of several reminders i am getting the message that "we have forwarded your request to the concerned department. You will be receiving

the same shortly".
