Non refund of e-ticket amount dated 9/7

On 9/7 myself and my daughter purchased e-ticket from IRCTC agent Shri. Naveen Rao (email id - nara_nav@rediffmail.com, agent id- itzc0847) to travel from yeshwantpur to daddar by 1018 Chalukya Express, PNR number being- 4118686869.

In view of not carrying the ID card, the TTE has cancelled and endorsed the tickets. The agent has requested for refund on 19/7. I have sent complaint by registered post number 1151660 dated 8/6 to your Corporate Office, New Delhi. On 6/6 an email complaint has been lodged in your website.

I have not recieved any response/refund so far. Please expedite refund as otherwise i will be forced to take legal action/approaching Consumer Forum.
