No refund yet on cancelled train

I had purchased eticket (PNR # 4328854450) for journey on 03.08.2011 back from Bangalore to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) by train No. 12509 in 3Ac (for self and wife- fare: Rs.3034/-). The train was cancelled by the Railways for non-availability of reck on that particular day (Bangalore bound -Guwahati-Bangalore train was derailed a few days back: probably on 28th or 29th July). No suitable arrangement by the railways was made by the railways. After a lot of trouble and expenditure I got back to Siliguri (my home town) and could file TDR for refund of cancelled train (reference No. ekt2011086003018385 dt 06.08.11) Till today no refund made, only comment - refund under process; Today (8th September) TDR file history has become blank. On many enquiries with the TDR process team I received only one mail stating :'your request has been forwarded, refund, if any, will be made': Now my complaint is whehther I shall at all get any refund from the IRCTC when the train was cancelled I had to make my own arrangement (purchasing further tickets, I have all the proofs with me, in two other different trains to complete my journey) why there is so much delay in making the refund and I am afraid whether I shall get any refund at all. Incidentally, I am a regular purchaser of e-tickets and spent a lot in train travels during last one and half year as my son is pursuing engineering study in Manipal (Karnataka).
