I booked 2 tickets to chennai (mas) from kottayam (ktym) on 08/10... everything went fine, until the server showed 'Sorry, Connection Problems Please try again-200.' But the amount (INR : 770 776) were successfully transferred to the railways account. Still no tickets could be found under my 'Booked History' on http://www.irctc.co.in. I want my money back... what should i do?
