Efund of failed transaction and refund of cancellation of eticket

Respected sir, am using irctc service for e ticket reservation, my user id is 'mic6' and i have done e ticket reservation from my brother sbi debit cum atm card but many transaction failed during process of irctc, and yesterday i checked my sbi atm mini-statement and i found that from account total 2100 rupees debited for all the failed transaction and one e ticket cancellation, and those amount not credit uptil today in account, name of account holder is AMIT PARASHAR, Account no is 10089173307.

so please solve this matter as sooner as possible.
