SIR,
I am ANKUR JOSHI, my user id on Irctc is joshi1066. today on 18-10 i tried for a ticket transection from irctc but unfortunatlly i could not succeed, while the ticket amount has been deducted from my credit card.
there is no transiction id genrated in my irctc id.
I want u to creat an cancelation mail againest failed transiction so the concern bank could not claim on it.
please do the needfull
