Proper coach not attached in Konark express and no prior intimation was given

Dear Sir,

I booked my ticket from Bhubaneswar (BBS) to Mumbai on 8 January in 2 tier AC two months prior to the journey. I was alloted seat no. 17 in A1. On the journey date, only 1 hour before the departure I received a message on my mobile that my seat number has changed to A1 -57. However only after the arrival of the train in BBS I found that there was no ac 2 compartment in the train and coach A1 was changed to ac 3 tier. The ticket checker has no explanation for the same and he ensured that proper refund will be provided before the end of the journey, which I have not received yet. The details of my journey are as follows

Date Of Journey: 08/1

Total: Rs 1858.00

Train No and name: 11020, Konark Express

First of the all it was irresponsible on the part to railways not to give any prior information on the matter. Also the attached compartment A1 was dirty and old compared to the other ac 3 compartments in the train. Kindly look into the matter and ensure that proper explanation and refund is provided
