Dear sir,
This is Satheesh. I planned a travel from Chennai to Nagpur for my personnel work and i booked my Tatkal ticket through IRCTC in Grand Trunk (GT) express with the PNR no 4434143642 on 16th October.
Due to Telangana issue, the train was diverted and i cant able to travel on that train.
So, i booked TDR (Travelling Deposit Receipt) with Transaction ID 0403350505 in the IRCTC official website on 16th October (As per the rule, after the departure of the train, we may permit to file TDR) and i got a message that my money (Rs. 465) will reimburse within 90days from the entry of TDR. But even it crosses 100days, i cant get my money back.
So, i tried to call the IRCTC customer care number (CHENNAI). They didn't even attending my call. I tried for a minimum of 30 times.
So, i kindly request you to reimburse my money as soon as possible.
For your reference, i kindly attach my TDR result as on today as the JPEG file..
