Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Pritam Jain. I raised a TDR with Indian Railways for refund of my partially traveled PNR with Reference to PNR No:4133296383. As per the TDR department - the refund is not admissible as informed to them by Railways. They have requested me to contact the on 011-23345900. But there is no answer on the above mentioned phone number. Also I contacted their email [email protected] and got the following response
"Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note your PNR No. 4133296383 has been Regreted by Railways saying that "Failed to collect TDR/TTE s CertificateFILE NO: 641/Y/58523 -12/E8 "
Can you please look into the below and raise it with the concerned authorities?
