DEAR SIR/MADAM,
WITH REFERENCE TO THE ABOVE PNR BELOW TICKET BOOKED ON 2ND AUGUST.11 AND TDR FILLED ON 6TH AUGUST.11 DUE TO TRAIN LATE MORE THAN 3 HOURS LATE AND PASSANGER NOT TREVELLED. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND WHILE IT IS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS ARE OVER OF FILLING TDR.

ON 16TH FEB MS PRATIMA SONAR WROTE THAT I WILL BE GETTING REPLY FORM CONCERN DEPARTMENT, ON 17TH FEB.12 MR.SUNIL CHAUHAN WROTE THE SAME LANGUAGE& ON 22ND FEB.12 MS ALKA WROTE THE SAME THAT I WILL BE RECEIVING REPLY FROM CONCERN DEPARTMENT SHORTLY.
BUT I AM VERY SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT AFTER 22ND FEB.10 DAYS HAVE PASSED& NO REPLY/STATUS OF MY TDR FILLED ONLY SO MANY ASSURANCE FROM LETTERS.
