Worst Site for Reservation

Hi,

IRCTC is one of the worst e-commercial site, that I have ever used.

I am using this site from last couple of years, Each and Every time site seems slow.

I many times tried for reservation, but unable to book seat, It shows Internal server error and server not found.

and also lost my money.

I dn't know "consumer complaints: works or not.

Please do something for Indian Consumer.

Please closed IRCTC, if they can't provide good Service.
