My name is prakash kumar and i travelled in bihar sampark kranti on 7th of july in S 13 having my 4 reserved seats from hajipur to delhi when i entered the train 5 persons were sitting on my berths when i asked them to leave they said we are travelling for the next station and after train left sivan the boggie was like hell more than 150 people were travelling in the boggie and the journey became misreble.
when waitlisted passengers are not allowed in the ac compartments then why they are allowed in sleeper class.
please take some serious steps against this issue so that the journey should become comfortable for passengers who booked their tickets 4 month before the date of travelling.
