Deducted fare twice from debit card

Hi,

I have booked a railway ticket from Vijayawada (BZA) to Howrah (HWH) PNR NO. 4117651480 for Rs.1460 on 05/13. I have checked today (05/15) IRCTC has deducted twice of the fare from my SBI debit card ie RS 2920.. Hence I have faced trouble while assuming 1500 balance in my account.

This is not the first time experiance with IRCTC. IRCTC is providing VERY poor service in online reservation along with catering. No idea why Indian Railaways still continuing with IRCTC.

I have also notice there is no toll free number to contact IRCTC for customer quries.

IRCTC has provided only Mumbai and Chennai STD number to contact IRCTC customer support.
