THIS TO INFORM YOU THAT I S.A.SIDDIQUI WAS BOOKED THE TICKET ON 16 APRIL THROUGH ONLINE BOOKING AS ON IRCTC .BUT WHEN I WAS MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY SBI BANK ACCOUNT. BUT TICKET WAS NOT BOOKED..THE SUM OF RS.567 WAS DEDUCTED. IT JUST SAID TRANSACTION FAILED.

ITS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
