Online season tickets booked not received

Season ticket booked online from Mira Road to Chuchgate (STR NO958AA6E008) ON 13-07 AND valid from 20-07 for three months for Rs.425/- has not been received till date, I have call IRCTC OFFICER Ten times and courier service for fifteen times and I have Email IRCTC for four times but nothing has been done, courier people has agreed that season ticket has been misplaced and agreed to refund back the money, but not giving anything till date. Now IRCTC should pay my Rs425/- and tickets money of Rs.20/- per day i am spending.
