Refund of Cancelled Ticket

I had booked Railway Ticket through IRCTC on 10.06.2009 with Transaction ID - 0120039893 and PNR No. - 4107935147 for Journey from KATPADI JN. to ROURKELA for the date 15.06.2009. Due to my personal problem I cancelled the ticket and filed TDR on 16.06.2009. Near about 10 months passed but till now the refund amount has not come to my account. Near about ten times I have also mailed to IRCTC. But till now there is no any respond. What is the next action for me.
