I booked e-ticket bearing PNR no.4218123296 and Transaction Id 0217123184 from Chennai (Egmore) to Kovilpatti on 01-6. Due to some personal problems I had to cancel the ticket. I tried through e-cancellation but failed. Please arrange to refund the amount, and the inform the same to this e-mail address
