Not possible to Book the Ticke From 8:AmMto 11:AM

Hello,

If we can not able to book the Ticket Online at 8:00 Am to 11:00 AM even speed is high up 3.1 mbs then what is the meening of this hell service. Dalal people who have relation to Booking Quotas they hold the server and others railways staff also hold the server and probel faced by the user who are trying to book the ticket online, not able to book.
