I tried to book on line ticket at irctc site on 15/11 from Kanpur to Ghaziabad using my credit card no. 4718xxxxxxx7078. The transaction ID was 0417039407. The t/c was not issued because of payment not received from bank. On the contrary my bank (AXIS Bank) had charged an amount of Rs 583.47 against this transaction. I make on line complaint at irctc attaching the scanned copy of my credit card statement (Wherein payment to irctc is clearly shown). I have been following the case for the last 20 days but till date no results. The online generated ticket ID against this complaint is

IRCTC #395372. Kindly resolve the issue. My contact details are as below:
