Regarding tkt. reservation

Dear Sir/Mam,

We are employee of one organization lots of people working here from different different states and our always need to go our native one confirm ticket does not matter tatkal kota or general. Before 1 year our area Railway ticket facility was open in Udayapura post office, the post office is situated inside of Sri Sri Ravishankar's "ART OF LIVING ASHRAM". 2 or 3 time we go the post office counter sharp 8:00am and we got the confirm ticket from post office. Now we seen in ticket counter only 3-4 people is there but the Post office employee who booked the ticket his sit with atleast 100 ticket application bunch. when we entered our reservation form she/he put in last so we never found reservation in tatkal also.

After that we know some agent is there and they give the bunch to Post office employee before opening of post office ticket counter.

Now its regularly happen some agent is come and put their ticket on post office counter. post office person is also comfortable with extra money and irritation for us.

Today i feel why pvt. organization developed so much and govt.org. still in hell.
