Dear Sir,

I want to attract your kind attention towards irregularities committed by your LPG distributor from quite some time. i am unable to understand why LPG distribution system has become a great problem for local distributor as well as for customer. I want to know from your side that how much days after getting delivery we can book our request for refill and after booking how much days it will take to materialize the booking request. in this connection I have talk to your sales officer on cell phone number 9878072057 but he did not respond me positivelyy.

I am very sorry to say that I have given my refill request to PREET GAS GIDDARBAHA. The request was that from last 1 Year I got the delivery of celenders just for 8 times. Now I wanna know that is it correct & reguler delivery?

Another thing is that Is there any facility of Home delivery for the customer? My SV NO. is 1436992 & Conumer No. is 445. I hope you will look into the matter personally and take decision accordingly. In these conditions I request your good self to provide me the statement of last 12 months refill supply. We fell great inconvenience due to non-availability of consumer grievances contact number or address at the agency office. I hope that a better cusomer service will be provided in near future.
