Irctc (internet booking)
Efund not received till date

Sir,

I canceled one ticket which was booked through internet (login id: vivek00786)

1. pnr no.2533870242 on 23rd july

but Till date I have not received the refund amount. When i contacted sbi Bank, Manager told me that refund is not received by them yet.

Please guide me what can be done in this issue???

how can i get my money back??
