I have mesage to my irctc account that Your accout is blocked or you may not be able to redeem point due to technical issue.

Regret the incovenience caused.

late week i have 527 redeem point, now it is 439 only.i dont now how it is reduce or why?

Today it is 351 points. (16/09)

My account is blocked. I dont know why it is block?

I mail twice but no one reply.

Please help me regarding this.
