Forgot Login Password

Dear Sir,

I have forgotten my password.

Iam trying to find my password through forgot password wizard.

But this wizard say's, YOUR PASSWORD COULD NOT RESET, even though I give right answer.

As a result i am not able to book railway tickets.

Please Look In To The Matter.
