Service Unavailable at 8am

Whenever I try to book a tatkal ticket, the site always says 'Service Unavailable' starting 8am or the page simply doesn't load. I think there is some set up internally wherein general users are not allowed to connect to the server at the particular time frame which is illegal and unlawful. There should be an enquiry on irctc on this matter and this should be thoroughly investigated.

During other time of the day, the loading is faster and smooth. However, from 8am to 8.30am nobody is able to use the page as it says 'service unavailable'.

This happens irrespective if you are logged in before 8am or after.

Usually if you are logged in before 8am, you can simply use 'Plan my travel' option after 8am. However, I have seen that the site simply doesn't let you do that and it prompts 'this service is available only after 8am' but the reality is that its already past 8am.

I have also tried to log in after 8am. But it doesn't let you do that too. The usual message displayed is 'Service Unavailable'. This is pathetic. If the railways are providing a service it should fool proof and should be available to all. If majority of general public are unable to use it whats the point in providing this service at first place.
