Recovery of money from the failed transaction

I have done a transaction on 06-Oct having ID:0400399420 in train pnbe mtj expres (Train No: 13239)... the payment status (settlement requested) and reservation status (not booked) and an amount of Rs 1157 Rs 11.3 has been deducted from my HDFC account but the ticket has not been reserved. The pnr number has not been generated. Kindly credit this amount as soon as possible. Please mail me on k_rakesh2004@yahoo.co.in for further correspondence.
