IRCTC Railways online ticket booking
Ticket is not booked but money deducted

Dear Sir / Madam,

Today morning i booked a E-ticket from Surat (ST) to Ahmedabad (ADI) through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my ICICI debit account there was an error accured. Finally i found that the money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked.

For your info my the ref number of trancation is "0322657329", Narration is written as "BIL/214415214/Railways Ticket/0322657329" my ICICI account number is 002401539747

Please do the needfull to get back my money.
