Irctc registration id
My password has been reset and sent to my email id but i forgot email id's password.how could i get my password now??

My irctc registered id's password has got reset and was sent to my email.but i forgot my respective email id's password..now how could i get my password of irctc login id..???

please direct me regarding this issue..
