IRCTC PROVIDING A WORST RAILWAY TICKETING & CATERING SERVICES IN INDIA HARASSING PUBLIC / AUTHORISED AGENTS THEY ARE NOT IN POSITION TO TAKE HUGE TASK MENTIONED ABOVE.I DONT KNOW WHY ALL THIS TYPE OF HUGE TASK IS GIVEN TO THEM BY INDIAN RAILWAYS.WHY NOT THEY ENGAGE SOME OTHER BIG CORPORATES OR CREATE COMPETITION BETWEEN THEM.
