I Jagdev Singh R/o WZ -1441 A Dasghara New Delhi 110012 Booked a Toyata Fortuner Automatic Super White Color on Dated 10.01.2012 i Galaxy Toyata Address 69/1A Shivaji Marg Moti Nagar Crossing New Delhi-110015 with one lac Ruppees. Amount.on that time they told me you get your Fortuner Maximum 06 to 08 Weeks. My 08 weeks are complete on 10.03.2012 I already submitted Five Lac Rupees on 10.03.2012 Seven Lac Rupees on 16.03.2012 Ten Lac Loan Approval From ICICI Bank From Glaxy Toyata Motors on Dated 13.03.2012 & Two Lac And Fifty Thousand Deposit on dated 28.03.2012.
I Am Submitted total 2500000.00 Rs. Twenty Five Lac & Fifty Thousand Only. But Now Till Date they are not agree to provide delivery of my vehicle Now tell me what can i do i have frist option i cpmplaint in Tyota Second go to court Threw Media Third option is I cancelled my vehicle booking & go onother options.
I have already a fortuner Registration No. is DL 4CNE 4589 but i have required onother vehicle due to my business purpose/need.
Pleaase do the needful & revert me back.
