Bad Servicing of 220 pulza

I bought a pulzar 220 bike from Jai Bajaj - Adyar last year, they have given 3 free service but when i took my vehicle for my 2nd service before the due date at the time of delivery they said it will be considered my 3rd free service and I will not be eligible for the next free service as i have driven it for 5400 km.

As i was forced for the next service with payment, i gave it with several vehicle complaints. They also expect the customer to leave the vehicle for service by 8 AM, if we come bit late they accept the vehicle only the next day at same time.

The following were the complaints given by me:

1) Vehicle is not getting started at times and the self gets stucks

2) There were sound coming from fork

3) Suspension sound

When they delivered my bike they said all the complaints were attended but when i took the bike still the bike had the fork problem and i immediately went back to them and they set some temporary solution. Now within 3 days of service my bike is not getting started and I was stuck in the middle of the road at mid night with no one was left for help.
