I had purchased ford fiesta 1.4 exi diesel to jaishree ford ranchi dt- 20/01. i had booked this car 28/12 by chque icicibank rs.200000. car value ex-showroom is 695167.00

i had finance amount paid through hdfc bank rs. 521350.00. that time company committed 40000.00 less. than company billed to car rs.655167.00 dt- 31/12.

that is OK but access amount of rs. 66183.00 is don't refund till date i have demand that my refund amount they false commit every day. please suggest to me what i do.
