Getting a new connection is big problem

Sir/Madam,

I have registered for a gas connection in Jayalakshmi Indane gas agency, nanganallur.

I went 8 times and return back. They gave some anonymous number to enquire IOC for delay and not even responding in letter stating the cause of delay.. But they still accepting new connection saying it would be done in 15 days. If i am approaching the right forum to raise my complaint, please acknowledge and take it forward. Thanks krishna
