Late issue of Boarding pass

Dear sir/ Mam,

I am Ravikiran Rantu, i was travelling from Banglore to Delhi by Jet connect flight. My flight was at 07:00 am on 04/07 PNR - OUMFMK

. I reached airport by 06:00 am. There was very big quee for getting boarding pass. I had waited for 20 mins in quee then I approched staff to issue boarding pass as may flight was at 07:00am. But rejected and asked me to wait in quee. Jet is operating 3- flights (Mumbai, Delhi & Hyderabad) at the same time i.e. 07:00 am.

Jet staff called Hyderabad passangers first for issuing Boarding pass directly, then they called Mumbai by the time it was 06:35, then they called Delhi passanges, I got my boarding pass at 06:40 Am. Then i rushed to security checkup cleared security checkup at 06:53 am. Still no announcement was made for my name. then i went to gate at 06:55 am for boarding, Jet airways executive said boarding is cloased and i can't board fight & take next flight at 07:55 am with extra charge of Rs2201.00. I went to manager but she turned out to be the Ticket issuing layd who issued my ticket late. They did not agree that it it mistake of Jet airways but it was my fault to come late clearing security check up. Finally i had to apy Rs. 2201 to fly to delhi.

Kindly let me know is it fare business to harase customer for no mistake of mine.
