During 2006 Dec we booked 4 tickets to travel to Mumbai from coimbatore. My father in law was in wheel chair the other three of us were healthy condition. we waited in a long cue for checking in. we were checked in and were allowed to pass through the security check also. Boarding permission was announced and started moving towards the aircraft.By this time my FIL had strted sleeping. Suddenly a smart pilot of the aircraft comes in and cancells all our boarding cards and disallowed us from boarding. we were paid back all our ticket costs. But in put us into great defficulty because we had travelled all the way from Palghat and reached to coimbatore in an ambulance. The airline should have checked him at the time of checking in and advised us to return instead of refusing us to board at the last moment. I had written to many newspapers and airline authorities about this and nobody seems to be bothered about this kind of harassment by the airline.

I request an immediate installation of an authority with required medical qualification with deciding powers in such matters rather than a simple pilot making such decisions.
