I have landed in a serious mess and its all due to Jet airways. I traveled from Brussels to New Delhi on 9th June. I waited for my baggage more then 3 hours and finally got to know it has not been shipped. I complained Jet Airways about that and I was assured to get my baggage next day. Since then I was never informed about the status of my baggage accept the lies from Jet airways. I tried calling 50-60 times everyday but nobody ever attended the calls. Finally when I got connected and I asked for compensation they told me no compensation for Indian Passport holders. Today I have received my baggage after 65 hours without any apologies. Moreover several things from my baggage are missing like my new shoes, clothing, thermometer, chocolates worth 125$. My Ticket was booked from American airlines who held jet airways the end flight carrier responsible for compensation. Nothing is working out and both are playing blame games.
I have purchased clothes which were missing due the delay in my baggage and my further travel plans have been ruined adding further to my bill. Please help me.
