i travelled from london to Mum and Mum to JDP in Jet Airways. and i took return ticket but due to some family problem i could not go back... and cancelled my ticket in time... and talk with customer care for my taxes back as i cant get the full money bcoz my ticket was partially used... but customer care was unable to tell my how to atleast get my taxes back which is almost Rs 13000..
