I booked Air Ticket through Make My trip on 23/4 from Kolkata to Visakhapatnam by jet Air ways (15.50 time) to travel on 12 th May. But money was debited (deducted) from my SBI A/C, (bearing No POS PRCH –POS 111388008154 Avenue India PVT ltd without Air Ticket, called as failed transaction by Make MyTrip.
I was tried to contact through customer care No 1800-118747 & 1800 1028747 but I cold not get the line and it is almost impossible to contact the Customer Care Dept of Make My Trip.
I would like to know that my ticket status, whether it was booked or not. If not booked please return the amount of Rs 5, 698/-) or reverted to my SB account.
