My brother, a student had an international flight to Africa KQ 203 departing at 3:10 am. He missed his flight due to delay of the jet airways 9w2704 expected to leave reach Mumbai at 00:45. The flight reached Mumbai at 2:am today 12-May.
He informed Jet Airways he had an international flight from Bangalore one hour before normal scheduled boarding time.
The next international flight is more expensive. Where is the money?
Now jet Airways denies responsibility in this loss.
What can we do to get justice done?
