I am writing this email to you, before I go to the Canadian Board and the human rights commision in Canada. My mother lives in Canada and was travelling to India. We chose Jet Airways and booked a two way ticket. My mother, recovering from cancer became ill and needed to be transported back. Jet Airways was full and she was unable to transfer the flight. Therefore, the next avialable flight was British Airways. We have been trying to get a refund or even a credit, so we can reuse the flight again and they are not agreeable. Expedia, a online travel agent has already tried as well. We are hoping you are able to resolve this, before we speak to our attorney about this issue,
