Refund Fiasco

This is regarding the refund for a canceled sector (HYD-BLR) on ticket with the PNR# FQDWXP. I had canceled the aforementioned sector on this ticket on November 23 & was told I would be given a refund for the balance amount (ticket price - INR 750) within 8-10 working days. It has been over a month and a half with countless phone calls and assurances from Jet Airways staff that this would be taken care of within a week, and so on, and I haven't received the refund yet.

What's worse is that I had made a change to the itinerary before canceling the ticket, and Jet did not send me an updated itinerary. Not only did this cause confusion at the airport, it also resulted in frequent counter-questions every time I called the customer service reps.

I went ahead and requested a travel certificate to get details of the sector I actually ended up flying on, and requested it back on November 28, but have still not received it in my inbox after an assurance of 3-4 working days in the auto-response email.

Now, in the end, I am left with no option but to file this complaint, as this has left me completely frustrated, running around the customer service execs for almost a month and a half already. And all of this for a refund of just INR 2k
