Ticket confirmation

Jet Airways flight 242 Mumbai-J, Berg-SA on 7th May at 2.05 am departure. Ticket booked, flights confirmed as per e. ticket no: 5897015491381 and paid for thru ORBITZ-USA. My ticket route is: Lilongwe-Nairobi-Mumbai (Kenya Airways)-Mumbai-Joberg-SA (Jet Airways)-Joberg-Lilongwe9SA Airlines). All Sectors confirmed as per e.ticket.

I checked my confirmation for Jet Airways- Mum-Joberg flight and find that my name does not appear in the confirmed list. Jet Airways when contacted failed to respond. I do not want to go to Mumbai airport on departure date unless the ticket is confirmed. I would like to know where i should approach for loss & inconvinience, damages in the event i am unable to board the flight if my confirmation is not honoured by the airline.

I have travelled by several international airlines but never experienced the third class, poor customer services of jet airways
