Jet Airways has disabled the facility to do a web check-in on their main site (www.jetairways.com), although they sell code share tickets on the main website.
The unfortunate passengers who have bought a codeshare flight (Jet Konnect) have to necessarily get the check-in done on the counters. Complaining at the call centre does not help. Firstly, the number is never available. And, if you hapen to get through the guys says We are working on integrating the two systems.
Basically, Jet Airways cares two hoots on what passengers think about it. It is now a monopoly carrier in the corporate travel segment
